Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Senior Regional HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-level workforce planning and task assignment within a newly formed team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align workforce insights with business objectives, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Transform workforce data into actionable priorities across performance, reward, and talent initiatives.
• Oversee the development and application of workforce planning models to predict and evaluate future workforce scenarios.
• Manage a global HR team, guiding them towards achieving defined objectives and fostering functional expertise.
• Promote a collaborative culture that aligns with global HR goals and supports ongoing team development.
• Monitor labor market developments to identify external risks and opportunities.
• Engage with external consultants to ensure clarity and alignment in HR projects while facilitating knowledge transfer to the internal team.

Qualifications
