About the Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with an Establish Tech Co. We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to lead the regional team in Singapore!
  • This is a pivotal role, you will lead the APAC finance team, oversee end-to-end financial matters, and drive business strategy for the region.
Main duties & responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end finance operations across the APAC region, ensuring efficiency and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and US GAAP.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect company assets and enhance financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, statutory filings, and financial reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Lead and develop finance teams across APAC, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity and operational effectiveness.
The Talent
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, complemented by a professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or ICAEW.
  • Proven track record as a seasoned finance leader with multinational companies.
  • Highly proficient in IFRS/SFRS and US GAAP, with a strong foundation in financial governance and reporting standards.
