What the role is:

What you will be working on:

We are in search of motivated individuals to support HTX business units in talent sourcing and acquisition as well as building of talent pipelines. The successful job holder will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):

• Provide professional advice to departments on labour market trends and working with them to develop their hiring strategy.
• Source for potential candidates through various channels such as campus recruitment, social media platforms (eg LinkedIn), professional networks, etc. This includes organising various outreach events.
• Cultivate relationships with potential hires in line with HTX’s strategic hiring goals.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring processes. This includes coordinating with hiring departments on job advertisements, shortlisting, assessments, interviews, onboarding and working closely with HR Shared Services to update the new hires’ records in the HR system.
• Put up regular reports and analyses on recruitment and hiring trends and progress.
• Ensure a positive recruitment experience for candidates and onboarding experience for new hires.
• Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.

What we are looking for:

Qualification: Tertiary qualification with HR professional accreditation preferred.

• Experience in HR with good knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and guidelines.
• Experience in recruitment operations and familiarity with recruitment channels including social and digital platforms. Further experience with recruiting scientific and engineering talent would be an advantage.
• Comfortable with interacting with people at all levels, and able to deliver service to business leaders.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
