Job summary

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is required, alongside strong negotiation and communication skills. The role involves collaboration with engineering teams and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering works, such as roadworks and drainage.
• Familiar with the Singapore Standard Method of Measurement and public procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities and cost breakdowns for tenders.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accurate take-offs.
• Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for tender strategies.
• Ensure adherence to tender specifications and compliance standards.
• Develop and submit competitive tender proposals within deadlines.
