Responsibilies:

• Familiar with documents submission to relevant government authorities
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
• Prepare Variation Orders, monthly Progress Claims, final claims
• Prepare and submit Material submission form to client for approval
• Attend site meeting when necessary
• Prepare Tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/ or client
• Perform risk, value management and cost control
• Prepare and analyze costings for tender
• Allocate work to subcontractors
• Provide advice on contractual claims
• Understand the implications of health and safety regulations
• Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
• All other QS related job

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Degree in Constructions Building or its equivalent
• Ability in contract negotiation, contract administration and variations orders
• Able to work independently, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word
