Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a team of QS professionals and support our Project Commercial Manager in contract and commercial negotiations and administration. The successful candidate will be part of CHEC Singapore's project team, responsible for managing and executing quantity surveying functions for our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of QS professionals
  • Manage and coordinate project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Review and analyze contract documents, including variations, claims, and disputes
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely QS deliverables
  • Develop and implement QS processes and procedures
  • Provide support for claim relating works
  • Any other duties assigned by the Project commercial manager
  • Support the Project commercial Manager in contract and commercial negotiations and administrations
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office applications
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Working Days: 5 days per week
