Key Responsibilities

• Study and propose safety checklists for ground operations.
• Review procurement document clauses to ensure reasonably practicable safety measures by vendors.
• Conduct offsite new hire briefings and milestone course briefings.
• Consolidate and harmonise safety management systems in high-risk divisions.
• Organise and coordinate external best-practice visits.
• Support supervisors in:
  • Consultancy Study on Safety Management Systems
  • Developing a Third-Party Risk Management Framework
  • Safety policy development

Requirements

• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and risk management principles
• Experience in policy development and safety management systems
• Ability to review and draft procurement documents with safety considerations
• Excellent analytical skills to consolidate and harmonise safety management systems
• Strong communication skills for conducting briefings and coordinating external visits
• Experience in consultancy or advisory roles would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently and support supervisors on policy matters

Working Arrangement

Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: Monthly Rated (From $3000/Month)
