Qualifications

• Leitung des Teams bei der Entwicklung eines detaillierten Projektplans.
• Verantwortung für die termingerechte Lieferung qualitativ hochwertiger Geschäftssysteme.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Review the analysis of business requirements and IT solutions specifications and lead the team in developing a detailed project plan.
2. Review project plans to determine the time frame, costing and the procedures for accomplishing the projects.
3. Execute a range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal, to development, test and final delivery.
4. Responsible for project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency.
5. Conduct timely project reviews to recommend any changes to project schedules, cost or resource requirements.
6. Ensure profitable delivery of quality business systems for external customers are on-time, in accordance with user and system requirements and within budget.
7. Document and track project scope, changes, issues and risks that affect implementation.
8. Manage and plan the resources needed from user requirement, development of functional specification, testing and user training.
9. Work with the technical team to ensure that the requirements gathered are realistic and implementable.
10. Establish and maintain good business relationships with stakeholders to influence and achieve business goals.
11. Hold regular status update meetings with team.

Minimum Requirements

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Graduate from Bachelor's Degree, Plus point with experience in Software Developer / Business Analyst.
3. 5+ years experience in Project Management and leading Web Application Projects preferred.
4. Candidates with PMP or ITPM certifications are preferred.
5. Ability to talk to customer stakeholders and impress/influence them with enterprise experience and knowledge.
6. Relevant experience for the type of projects being hired for.
7. Able to understand customer pain points and address customer escalations and concerns.
8. Able to understand the need for projects to be profitable and negotiate with customer on maintenance and CR pricing.
