Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of project activities, ensuring seamless communication among clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Review, prepare, and manage technical drawings, 3D visuals, and project documentation using AutoCAD and relevant software.
- Drive design and material confirmation, including colour schemes, specifications, and layout verification.
- Oversee procurement processes, including material take-offs, quantity checks, and placement of project orders.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, master programmes, and workflow plans to ensure timely progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, ensure compliance with drawings, and identify potential risks or delays.
- Lead and participate in site, coordination, and client meetings, providing updates and resolving issues proactively.
- Support project handovers by preparing documentation, checklists, and final deliverables.
- Provide guidance to junior project team members where necessary.
- Handle project-related administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Skills, Experience & Competencies Required
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant project experience in interior design, construction, fit-out, or related industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D software will be an advantage.
