Core Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination of project activities, ensuring seamless communication among clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Review, prepare, and manage technical drawings, 3D visuals, and project documentation using AutoCAD and relevant software.
  • Drive design and material confirmation, including colour schemes, specifications, and layout verification.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including material take-offs, quantity checks, and placement of project orders.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, master programmes, and workflow plans to ensure timely progress.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, ensure compliance with drawings, and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Lead and participate in site, coordination, and client meetings, providing updates and resolving issues proactively.
  • Support project handovers by preparing documentation, checklists, and final deliverables.
  • Provide guidance to junior project team members where necessary.
  • Handle project-related administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Skills, Experience & Competencies Required
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Construction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant project experience in interior design, construction, fit-out, or related industries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D software will be an advantage.
