Job summary

A recruiting consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for projects in ACMV to manage a project team, overseeing all phases from preparation to completion. Job description

Senior Project Engineer (ACMV) /Up to $8,000 @Jurong East

• Lead a project team comprising engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• In-charge of project phases, from preparation to site management through to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, costs, and resources against budgets.
• Manage claims for cost/time variations i.e submission of variation orders to architects/consultants.
• Submission of as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and conduct client training.
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in ACMV or related industries.
• Strong technical knowledge in ACMV systems and project management methodologies.

Project Engineer (ACMV - Electrical) /Up to $6,500 @Jurong East

• Assist planning, execution, and completion of electrical installation projects.
• Attend site inspections and testing to ensure all electrical works meet project specifications.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure timely progress.
• Preparing progress payment claims, variation orders, and other project-related documentation.
• Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
• Reviewing electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and specifications for accuracy.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years in electrical project management
• Knowledge in LV / MV distribution, lighting, power supply, earthing, and control systems.
