Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of project engineering or related experience, including leadership of complex projects.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to project engineers and junior staff.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, quality, operations, and external partners.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify issues early, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, standards, and internal procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and support procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Lead problem‑solving efforts and ensure technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). Master’s degree is a plus. Or has the below:
• 10–15+ years of project engineering or related experience, including leadership of complex projects.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Proficiency with engineering software and project management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc., depending on industry).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
