Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user‑centric design goals.
• Deliver end‑to‑end design solutions, and work closely with the development team to ensure the design meets the expected goals.
• Maintain and update existing design systems and templates, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose comprehensive solutions to enhance the user experience, ensuring that user needs are effectively addressed.

Requirement

• 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a background in fintech related applications.
• Clear understanding of UI/UX design principles and design systems along with a user‑centered mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced working environment, quickly adapting to changes and driving product progress through continuous iteration.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of effectively facilitating cross‑departmental teamwork.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
