About the Role

As Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead procurement strategy, supplier management, and financial oversight to ensure cost efficiency and quality. A key responsibility is driving complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, manage risks, and build strong, sustainable partnerships that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop procurement strategies, report performance to senior management, and champion digital transformation.
  • Supplier & Risk Management: Oversee sourcing, strengthen supplier relationships, and implement risk mitigation plans.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead high‑value negotiations, ensure compliance, and create agreements that deliver long‑term value.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, analyze spending, and drive operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor procurement professionals and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Compliance & Sustainability: Enforce policies, ensure ethical sourcing, and integrate ESG principles.
