Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on Pega development, with demonstrated expertise in complex module delivery.
• Have CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification, preferably in Pega version 8.
• Solid knowledge of Pega PRPC architecture, integration patterns, and advanced features.
• Proficiency in implementing Pega best practices and delivering high-quality solutions in agile environments.
• Experience with Pega 8 upgrade projects.
• Exposure to Pega Deployment Manager.
• Familiarity with front-end UI frameworks and integration with external systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent mentoring and team collaboration skills.
