Job summary

A healthcare organization based in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an administrative role in policy services related to the Integrated Shield products. The ideal applicant should possess at least a diploma and have a solid understanding of insurance processes. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate transaction processing, reconciling CPF files, and collaborating with various departments. Responsibilities

  • Assist in Shield product administrative tasks.
  • Reconcile CPF files and alert supervisors of discrepancies.
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time.
  • Escalate system or process errors and provide investigations.
  • Identify processes for improvements using LEAN methodology.
  • Act as subject matter expert for PS processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth transactions.
  • Review and update PS SOP regularly.
  • Act as escalation point for system bugs.
  • Conduct end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in Shield product administrative – including Change of Plan, Cancellation, Adding or Remove Rider, Renewal, Projection and Deduction File
  • Reconciliation of the CPF files and alert supervisor of any discrepancy
  • Ensure transactions are processed promptly and accurately within the TAT (especially transactions involved with CPF payments)
  • Escalate any system or process errors and provide root cause investigation to prevent future repeated errors
  • Identifying PS processes that has room for improvements on re-engineering and implement LEAN methodology to streamline processes to improve operation efficiency
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for PS processes, procedures and provide system / business requirements
  • Work closely as a team with other departments to ensure smooth operation transactions
  • Review and update PS SOP on regular timely basis
  • Act as escalation point, to raise defect / system bug to retest for system enhancements
  • Perform end to end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Requirements
  • Possesses at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • Insurance background preferable.
  • Has good knowledge of the policy services processes, including Private Integrated Shield products and processes.
  • Those with project experiences will be advantageous.
