What is your mission?
You’ll help us deliver excellent service by performing these tasks:
- Manage the full spectrum of the payroll process, including preparation, calculation, and disbursement, and initiate process improvements when applicable.
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation, summary and GL reports for Finance closing.
- Provide advice on payroll and compensation enquiries.
- Process statutory claims, including but not limited to NSmen make‑up pay claims, Government‑Paid Leave claims, and tax clearance for foreign employees (Form IR21).
- Manage the leave and time management system by verifying information with supervisors and tracking staff attendance against leave records and rosters on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Administer employee data by updating new hires, staff movements, career progressions, resignations, and HR‑related correspondences (including employment certification letters, staff movement letters, career progression letters, and acceptance of resignation letters) into the HR system.
- Ensure proper safekeeping of HR documents and maintain accurate personnel / employment data entry.
- Manage the off‑boarding process by arranging exit clearance and attending to internal stakeholders’ enquiries on HR‑related matters.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management, within your employment category, to implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least an Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or Psychology.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF, and income tax legislation.
- Meticulous and equipped with strong time‑management and analytical skills.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) would be beneficial.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
