Job Summary:

You will provide the daily administrative and operational support to the team; organise the logistics &/or resources to ensure the smooth running of programme services. You may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities, where required.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Administration and Staff Development
  • Provide administrative or logistical support to the team in running client-related support or other activities.
  • Assist in coordinating and planning outreach and engagement events
    with other community partners and agencies.
  • In charge of timely data collection for the programme report
    submissions (quarterly and annually)
  • In charge of simple data analysis to generate quarterly and annual
    reports for the relevant programme
  • Store and maintain data and documents in accordance with the
    programme requirement, as well as the prevailing personal data protection and security guidelines.
  • Coordinate the team’s training schedule, in consultation with the
    Senior Allied Health Professional.
  • Prepare the necessary resource materials to be provided to clients and caregivers.
  • Respond to general email enquiries related to programme matters.
  • Assist in conducting basic mental health assessments, such as
    initial screenings when handling calls and walk-ins.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
