Job summary

A leading payments technology company based in Singapore is looking for an individual to support and advocate for clients, specifically financial institutions and vendors. The ideal candidate will monitor and resolve outages, demonstrate effective communication skills, and have basic knowledge of networking. This hybrid role requires a High School diploma or equivalent experience and offers opportunities for training in IT operations. Flexibility for weekend shifts is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of API monitoring and reading logs.
• Previous IT Operations/Service Desk experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support and advocate for Visa clients comprising financial institutions and vendors.
• Proactively monitor and resolve VOCC outages.
• Work on multiple platforms simultaneously.
