Job summary

A global hospitality company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive MICE and group business in Singapore. In this role, you will proactively secure business from corporate accounts and manage client relations to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in hotel/event sales, possess excellent negotiation skills, and be proficient in Salesforce. You will work closely with teams to ensure client satisfaction and participate in trade shows to generate leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in MICE or group segments is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with forecasting and analytics experience.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
