  • Build strategic marketing frameworks (big picture marketing) and deliver fact‑based insights to guide investment and resource allocation.
Market Development & Insights
  • Lead initiatives to create and grow new markets for enabling technologies and underpenetrated franchises.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and market sizing to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with APAC marketing and global functions to leverage resources, tools, and best practices.
Customer & Field Engagement
  • Build strong surgeon and hospital administrator engagement plans, working closely with sales leadership to influence adoption.
  • Oversee field marketing activities, KOL development, and in‑market events to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Drive customer insights collection and embed them into strategy.
People Leadership
  • Manage and develop a marketing team, through coaching.
  • Foster collaboration across sales and function to deliver cohesive commercial execution.
Collaboration & Influence
  • Partner closely with regional (APAC) marketing teams to adapt global/APAC strategy, best practices across the region and strategic frameworks.
  • Influence stakeholders across franchises, sales functions, and global teams without direct authority.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, presenting to leadership and external stakeholders.
Who are we looking for:
  • 10+ years of experience in MedTech, preferably with exposure to both capital equipment and implants.
  • Proven track record in local marketing execution
  • Regional or multi‑country experience is strongly preferred.
  • Market development experience: demonstrated ability to build a business or category from early stage.

  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
