In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with innovative entrepreneurs from Fortify Labs (our Web3 startup studio) and work alongside an international, supportive team united by a shared mission.
While this role involves independent work, you can expect clear direction, feedback and creative support as you take a hands‑on role in initiatives that contribute to the growth of the Tezos ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow TZ APAC’s social media presence (X and LinkedIn), including content planning, publishing and community engagement.
- Plan, execute and track the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Execute marketing campaigns that spotlight projects within Fortify Labs, helping to drive awareness, engagement and user growth such as TZ Apex.
- Execute marketing campaigns that convert community members into loyal users of products built by founders in the Tezos ecosystem.
- Support the planning and on‑ground execution of events, contributing to positive user and community experiences both locally and regionally.
- Plan and produce long‑form content, such as blog posts and articles.
- Write, edit and proofread marketing materials.
- Monitor industry trends and TZ APAC community conversations across relevant channels, surfacing insights and responding in a timely and appropriate manner if relevant.
- Work closely with the wider global marketing team to ensure alignment across messaging and campaigns.
- Support basic content and campaign calendars to help organise marketing activities and contribute ideas and creative input during campaign planning and brainstorms.
What you must have
- At least 2‑4 years of marketing experience, with hands‑on exposure to social media management and campaign execution.
- A basic understanding of blockchain or a strong interest and willingness to learn more.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- Data‑aware and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, particularly X and LinkedIn.
- Organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt quickly and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Open to feedback and eager to learn.
- Proactive and collaborative working style, while knowing when to ask for guidance.
While not required, the following will help you stand out
- Hands‑on experience or strong personal interest in Web3 and blockchain, including using on‑chain products or participating in Web3 communities.
- Exposure to different markets or cultures, particularly within the Asia Pacific region, with an appreciation for local nuances.
- Prior experience in community management, such as engaging online communities, moderating channels or supporting community‑led initiatives.
- Experience working with creators, partners or ecosystem projects.
