Job Description
1. Multi-Brand Marketing Management
- Plan and execute marketing activities for multiple brands across various markets.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Support brand launches, product campaigns, and market expansions.
2. Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Work with internal teams or agencies on performance marketing, tracking, and reporting.
- Analyse campaign results and continuously improve ROI and lead quality.
3. Content Strategy & Writing
- Develop and write marketing content including social media posts, website content, EDMs, sales decks, brochures, and press releases.
- Ensure content is aligned to brand voice for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Oversee content calendars and coordinate production with designers and agencies.
4. B2B & Client Marketing Support
- Support sales teams with marketing tools such as product presentations, sales kits, and trade materials.
- Assist in trade marketing, exhibitions, and international trade shows.
- Manage communications with distributors, partners, and key clients when required.
5. Campaign & Project Management
- Manage marketing projects from ideation to execution across different timelines and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, suppliers, and agencies.
- Ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
6. Market & Performance Analysis
- Track and report on brand performance, campaign metrics, and market trends.
- Conduct competitor analysis and consumer insights to support strategy planning.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience in FMCG, F&B, or B2B sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands and cross-market campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing.
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience in client management, distributor coordination, or sales support marketing.
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating across departments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in regional or international markets.
- Exposure to trade shows, exhibitions, and overseas partners.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and problem-solving ability.
