RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning & Partnerships
- Collaborate with the Associate Provost of Lifelong Learning to define growth strategies for IGD/IPMDE programmes.
- Identify and secure partnerships with local IHLs and leading Asian universities for joint programme delivery.
- Negotiate agreements and manage high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Design scalable models for regional rollouts, including blended learning and market-specific adaptations.
- Programme Quality & Curriculum Integration
- Ensure alignment of IGD/IPM modules with industry needs and stackable learning pathways.
- Partner with SMU Academy's Pillars and subject matter experts to adapt curriculum for new markets.
- Uphold accreditation standards and SMU's quality assurance frameworks.
- Business Development & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research to identify emerging skills and workforce trends.
- Develop proposals with the Associate Provost of Lifelong Learning for new IGDs/IPMs aligned with SkillsFuture priorities and regional demand.
- Drive intake growth through innovative programme offerings and pricing strategies.
- Service Quality & Learner Experience
- Review end-to-end learner journey process, ensuring exceptional service quality from pre-enrolment to post-programme engagement for lifelong learners.
- Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement processes to enhance learner satisfaction for all SMU Academy programmes.
- Impact Measurement & Reporting
- Develop frameworks to measure learner outcomes and industry relevance.
- Analyze enrolment trends, completion rates, and career progression data to assess programme effectiveness.
- Prepare impact reports for senior leadership and external agencies (e.g. SkillsFuture Singapore).
- Any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education Management, or related field; Master degree preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in programme management with a local IHL, strategic planning, or business development.
- ACTA or ACLP certified.
- Keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record in partnership building and regional expansion.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in impact measurement and reporting.
- Familiarity with CET frameworks and SkillsFuture policies.
