What You’ll Do

As the Senior Partner Solutions Engineering Manager for APJC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Cloudflare’s partner technical strategy. You’ll lead a team of highly skilled Partner Solution Engineers who engage with partners to architect solutions, strengthen technical capability, and accelerate business growth.

Your leadership will focus on strategic alignment, technical depth, and business impact — ensuring that partners are not only enabled, but empowered to drive meaningful outcomes.

In this role, you will:
  • Align: Build strong strategic alignment between Cloudflare and key partners, ensuring technical priorities and joint GTM motions are synchronized to accelerate success.
  • Build: Lead, coach, and develop a world-class Partner SE team. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration where creativity and technical excellence thrive.
  • Accelerate: Drive partner-led opportunities and customer impact by engaging directly with partners, providing executive-level guidance, and ensuring scalable technical coverage across the region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership to deliver cohesive joint initiatives that fuel business growth.
  • Coach and elevate: Empower your team to simplify complexity, influence stakeholders, and act as trusted advisors across both business and technical dimensions.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage partner performance metrics, technical wins, and GTM outcomes that reflect measurable business outcomes.

You bring:
  • Proven experience leading technical pre-sales or partner engineering teams in a high-growth enterprise technology environment.
  • Strong background in driving partner-led solution success, technical validation, and joint GTM execution.
  • Expertise or deep curiosity across Cloudflare’s core technology domains:
  • Zero Trust and SASE architectures
  • Internet security (DDoS, WAF, VPN, SWG)
  • Web performance (reverse and forward proxy, CDN)
  • Cloud and edge computing (hybrid and serverless architectures)
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence to engage both technical and business leaders.
  • A passion for coaching, simplifying complexity, and scaling impact across diverse regional markets.
