Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to ensure effective performance and collaboration.
- Oversee the registrar function to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to address registrar process and system issues, enhancing workflow efficiency.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and liaise with the LMS account manager to resolve related issues, ensuring a better learning experience for staff.
- Manage the launch/assignment and track completion of core programmes via the LMS.
- Consolidate and report the status of core programmes.
- Conduct learning data analytics and propose learning interventions based on insights gathered.
- Oversee facilities management to ensure the safety and well-being of all staff and trainees.
- Establish and reinforce the governance of learning policies and interventions.
- Conduct ISO 9001:2015 internal audits and support external audits.
- Manage CCU Advisory Council and CCU Associate Faculty to maintain its aim and relevancy. Support their back-end administrative functions to ensure smooth-running of meetings and activities.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in learning systems and/or education-technology tools.
- Experience in leadership/management role.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team.
- Experience in Singapore's adult education sector is a plus.
- Experience in workplace safety management is a plus.
- Having a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is a plus.
