A leading international financial company in Singapore is looking for a Senior Manager - HR Data Model and Data Engineer. This role focuses on establishing a comprehensive HR data architecture and requires strong collaboration with IT. The ideal candidate will manage various data systems, implement ETL processes, and ensure data integrity across analytics. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in HR data management and proficiency in SQL and automation tools. This is a full-time position.

This role is part of the Group People Analytics team and will be leading the design development implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive HR data architecture. This role requires a strategic partnership with IT to establish a state-of-the-art data lake manage ETL processes implement a testing & validation framework across BI tools and ensure the data infrastructure robustly supports the organizations analytics and reporting needs.
The Senior Manager HR Data Model and Analytics Engineer will work on establishing the rules associated with HR Data Model and Analytics engineering. The role will be partnering with stakeholders in Technology team HR COEs and other People Analytics team member on the requirements design of the solution.
