EY AI & Data is the data and advanced analytics capability within EY Asia‑Pacific, with over 500 specialist employees working across multiple industry sectors. You will be part of a dynamic team that implements information‑driven strategies, data platforms and advanced data analytics solution systems that help grow, optimise and protect client organisations.

EY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead and grow our strategic alliance with Databricks across the ASEAN region. This role will focus on driving joint go‑to‑market initiatives, generating sales for EY’s AI and Data services, and positioning EY as a trusted partner for advanced analytics and data engineering solutions.

Your key responsibilities
Alliance Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Databricks in ASEAN.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Databricks’ regional leadership and sales teams.
  • Align EY’s AI & Data strategy with Databricks’ roadmap to create joint value propositions.
Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Develop and execute a joint business plan to achieve revenue targets for EY AI and Data services.
  • Identify and pursue co‑sell opportunities with Databricks across priority accounts.
  • Drive pipeline growth through joint marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
Solution Development
  • Collaborate with EY’s technical teams to design and deliver Databricks‑enabled solutions for clients.
  • Ensure EY offerings leverage Databricks capabilities for data engineering, machine learning, and analytics.
Market Enablement
  • Educate EY teams on Databricks’ platform and alliance benefits.
  • Support proposal development and client presentations showcasing EY‑Databricks joint solutions.
Governance & Reporting
  • Track alliance performance metrics, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Provide regular updates to EY leadership on alliance progress and strategic priorities.
Key Performance Objectives
  • New deal origination: Drive $40M in new joint EY‑Databricks opportunities annually
  • Sales Revenue: Achieve $20M in annual sales for EY AI & Data services
  • Pipeline Growth: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with at least 3x coverage of annual sales target
  • Alliance Health: Lead Quarterly joint business reviews and ensure effective execution of agreed go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives
  • Enablement: Develop & execute an enablement plan to train 100+ EY practitioners on Databricks solutions annually
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimally 10 years in technology consulting, data engineering or AI Services
  • Proven track record in alliance management and business development with technology vendors
  • Strong understanding of Databricks platform and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to drive revenue through partnerships
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
