Job summary

A leading global LED technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Maintenance Associate Engineer to oversee Operations Engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in PVD, CVD, Dry Etch, and Thermal Processing. Responsibilities include training shift members, maintaining spare parts inventory, and documenting training programs. Candidates must have a strong understanding of engineering principles and dedication to integrity.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in relevant engineering fields.
• Understanding of semiconductor devices theory and wafer fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the training of shift team members on equipment knowledge.
• Establish spare parts inventory related to PVD and Thermal equipment.
• Certify and document training for shift team members.
• Define and document training materials.

Skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

Experienced Engineering knowledge in PVD, CVD, Dry Etch and Thermal Processing

High level of discipline and integrity

Education

High School / GED

Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
