Job summary

A leading resort company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager (M&E) to manage the RWS 2.0 Expansion project through all stages. The ideal candidate will provide conceptual design input, oversee the project team, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with 5-10 years of relevant experience in managing mega-scale projects. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic project team and ensure the successful completion of high-impact developments.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of design experience in a Consultant Firm on mega-scale project on Power/ACMV/fire protection or building services systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate RWS 2.0 Expansion project through all phases.
• Provide conceptual design on upgrading and new projects.
• Review detail designs by Design and Build Consultants.
• Provide leadership for site project management team.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
• Oversee pre-qualification and bid evaluation process.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies for compliance.

Skills

Experience in interfacing works between new & existing buildings services

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Education

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
