Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to oversee M&E installation and coordination for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the construction industry, proficient in CAD, Revit, and Navisworks, and will manage project specifications and subcontractors. This position is based at the Tampines site office, working 6 days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction/civil engineering industry.
• Experience in large scale projects.
• LTA-MRT experience is an advantage.

Job Description

• To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters.
• To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions.
• Chair the SWCs Coordination Meetings, Vidual Design Coordination(VDC) meeting and BIM meeting among LTA, Consultents and SWCs.
• Involving and resolve the technical design issues interfacing with Architecture, Structure, SWCs and M&E systems.
• Attend E&M interface coordination meeting on CSD/CCSM.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Manage in-house M&E sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation.
• Supervise and lead an installation team on M&E services installation in construction environment.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
• Candidate with LTA- MRT experience advantage.
• To be based in project site office.
• 6 Working Days per week.
• Working Location: Tampines.
