Primary Function

  • In-charge of all outbound logistics operations and sales support;
  • To assist with documentation, shipping arrangement and outbound procedures;
  • To co‑coordinate shipments with factories, warehouse, forwarders, and customers;
  • Compliance to Internal Control & Export Control rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible of all outbound logistics operations and sales support.
  • Prepare and check shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with export rules and regulations.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry in business system.
  • Create Sales Orders
  • Generating documents such as Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, Sales Invoice
  • Returns / Replacement Orders
  • Stocks movement
  • Check error logs and delivery status
  • Communicate with shipping companies, transport contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
  • To communicate and update internal / external customers on the status of incoming and overseas shipments.
  • Sort and send out shipping documents separately to customers, sales team, F&A Dept and bank for L/C negotiation.
  • Check suppliers, forwarders & warehouse original invoices before submitting to reporting manager.
  • Participate in negotiation of cost‑effective and service‑efficient logistics matters.
  • Compliance to Internal Control & Export Control rules and regulations.
  • Check and report intercompany sales and shipments status.
  • Filing and archive of shipping documents.
  • Verify and follow‑up on original DO from 3rd party warehouse.
  • Involved in month‑end closing.
  • Involved in 100% physical stock count at 3rd party warehouse.
  • Schedule regular meetings with 3PL.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma level or equivalent in Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 8 years of experience in related industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Familiar with SAP system.
