A leading science and technology company located in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee site operations, ensuring organizational goals are met. The successful candidate will manage laboratory operations, develop policies, and lead staff to drive productivity and compliance. Previous management experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required. Standard (Mon-Fri)
Laboratory Setting, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
The Sr Manager, Site Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and planning at the site, ensuring the achievement of organizational goals and driving success through effective leadership and management.
Directs and manages all aspects of management of laboratory operations and ensures productivity, efficiency and quality of the work is maintained and financial goals of the business are achieved. Facilitates maximum accuracy, cost efficiency and productivity and assists with planning and development. Develops and implements laboratory policies and ensures proper implementation.
Establishes operating policies & procedures that affect departments and subordinate sections of work units. Interprets company-wide policies and procedures. Develops budgets, schedules, and performance standards. Freedom to Act Assignments are objective oriented. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization's objectives and timelines. Interaction with internal and external management and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and contractual clarifications. Leads briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
