Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of ownership for L3 support issues and vendor tickets.
• Manage offshore support rosters and engage with vendors.
• Lead root cause analysis sessions and provide updates during incidents.
• Coordinate with system owners on technical impacts and deployments.
• Conduct code reviews and validate change artifacts.
• Prepare change requests and represent changes in advisory meetings.
