Responsibilities

• Design and develop iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI (Objective-C experience is a plus for legacy support).
• Collaborate with mobile and backend engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers to architect and implement features.
• Participate actively in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas, identify problems, and implement solutions focused on scalability and performance.
• Take full ownership of projects, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements of users and business partners.
• Design, implement, and deploy highly performant and reusable iOS components for operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to identify and resolve complex business, legal, and product needs.
• Participate in interview loops to help hire top industry talent.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to peers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years of iOS development using Swift/SwiftUI.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience owning end-to-end features.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies to solve user problems and improve work efficiency.
• Experience with Objective-C is a plus but not required.
