Senior Investment Analyst (Data Center/Infrastructure)

About the Role

We are seeking an Investment Analyst (Analyst II / III) to join our investment team focusing on data center and real estate infrastructure projects across the region. The role will support end-to-end investment activities, including financial modeling, investment analysis, and transaction execution.

Candidates with Investment Banking or Private Equity backgrounds are strongly preferred. VC-only profiles will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity, scenario analysis) based on high-level assumptions.
• Conduct investment analysis for data center and real assets projects, including greenfield and brownfield developments.
• Support deal execution across the full lifecycle: screening, due diligence, IC materials, closing, and post-investment monitoring.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and internal reports for senior management and investment committees.
• Work closely with internal teams and external advisors (legal, technical, tax, consultants).
• Perform market research on data centers, infrastructure assets, and real estate fund structures.
• Assist in asset-level and fund-level performance tracking.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in:
  • Investment Banking (M&A, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Project Finance), or
  • Private Equity / Real Assets / Infrastructure Funds
• Strong financial modeling skills — able to independently build a complete model from assumptions.
• Exposure to data centers, infrastructure, real estate funds, or similar hard-asset investments is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields (Master’s / CFA is a plus).
• Mandarin required at a basic conversational level (reading/writing not mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
