Senior Integrated Supply Chain Improvement Specialist

As a Senior Integrated Supply Chain Improvement Specialist at Dow, you will play a crucial role in supporting business growth, service enhancements, and cost to serve productivity gains by identifying and implementing supply chain and end-to-end (E2E) value chain improvements. Your responsibilities will involve deep diving into the sub-function or discipline of Supply Chain you are aligned with, gaining expertise through formal training and on-the-job experiences, and utilizing analytical & problem-solving skills to drive improvements.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing meaningful metrics, optimizing supply chain work processes, establishing metrics in specific areas of E2E Supply Chain, and collaborating with other E2E Improvement Specialists to ensure synergy in resourcing & efforts. Your qualifications should include 3-8 years of experience in Supply Chain or process, a University Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or other Sciences, and APICs and/or Six Sigma Certification will be preferred.To succeed in this role, you should possess strong influence management skills, effective communication and collaboration skills, an understanding of business priorities, and expertise in data analytics & process knowledge.
