Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HSE experience in a chemical plant or 10 years without a degree.
• Familiar with ISO 14001/45001, SS561.
• Experienced in PHA facilitation and PSM framework management.
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Management of Change (MOC) reviews.
• Implement and manage Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) systems.
• Coordinate equipment walk-downs and handovers from EPC contractors.
• Oversee pre-startup planning and commissioning of new plant facilities.
