Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration and HR operations.
• Work knowledge of the BIPO HRIS system will be an advantage.
• Solid understanding of local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing for staff using HRIS system.
• Coordinate payroll-related matters including overtime pay and allowances.
• Administer attendance, reporting, and HR database maintenance.
• Support staffing requisitions and onboarding processes.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify turnover reasons.
