Job summary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The incumbent shall be responsible for the processing of the full cycle of payroll computation on a monthly basis. Timely and accurate processing is required to meet the deadline of the closing.

Senior HR Executive reports directly to the Head of Human Resource and able to work independently. He/She will have to liaise with all Sections/Departments to gather the overtime claims and incentive claim for processing.

  • Verify the attendance of employees accordingly to the roster.
  • Verify the claim of overtime hours, night shift allowance and split shift allowance
  • Carry out data entry into the payroll software systems
  • Prepare the payroll summary to be checked by the Head of HR.
  • Download the bank file to be submitted to Finance
  • CPF Contribution
  • Submission of the foreign workers income tax clearance with Inland Revenue of Singapore.
  • Process employee resignation (tax clearance and salary release)
  • Compile salary data monthly for Senior Management.
  • GPML/GPCL/GPPL, all govenrment claims
  • Full suite of Infotech experience is an added advantage
  • Any other duties/tasks as requested by management
