Job description
Main Responsibilities


  • Handle and manage full spectrum of HR duties: recruitment and selection; compensation and benefits; payroll management; performance management; HR administration and etc.

  • Prepare all HR related documents such as job offer letter, employment letter, intern contract, short term contract, warning letter, certification letter and etc.

  • Plan and develop the HR strategies which is align with the corporate values

  • Liaise with line managers on their recruitment needs, employee performance and review employee performance

  • Handling all compensation and benefits and its related matter not excluding submitting all government leave claim (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental, NS makeup claims and etc.)

  • Main point of contact for any employee relations including enquiries, grievances and disciplines

  • Generate monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and present to the management

  • Ensure all HR practices are compliance with employment law

  • Support and implement company strategies, directives, and HR initiatives as communicated by Management.

  • Required to maintain Australia Office matters.

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.


Job Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree /Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management

  • Candidate must possess self-motivated, good team player, ‘can-do’ attitude, approachable, independent, analytical skills and with strong presentation skills

  • Strong intrapersonal skills and an ability to take ownership of all tasks assigned

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly responsible, reliable, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work and communicate with all levels

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as a Human Resource

  • Required Skill(s): Proficient in spoken English and Communication, Teamwork and Analytical Thinking

  • Process solid knowledge of local employment law
