We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic coaching team. If you love working with children, have solid gymnastics coaching experience, and enjoy mentoring others, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career and make a meaningful impact.
As a Senior Gymnastics Coach, you will:
Lead engaging gymnastics classes for children aged 18 months to 12 years old.
Ensure safe, fun, and progressive skill development for every child.
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and hands-on coaching ability.
Uphold high coaching standards and represent the centre as a senior role model.
Mentor, guide, and support junior coaches and trainees in their growth and development.
Plan and conduct classes according to the centre’s gymnastics curriculum.
Demonstrate, spot, and correct skills confidently and safely.
Manage a class of 10–20 children with effective control, engagement, and energy.
Track student progress and communicate updates with parents when required.
Ensure high standards of safety, professionalism, and class experience.
Lead by example with strong work ethics and coaching standards.
Provide guidance and structured feedback to junior or trainee coaches.
Support curriculum training, class preparation, and skills refinement for the team.
Assist in fostering a positive, learning-focused coaching environment.
Minimum 2–3 years of gymnastics coaching experience (competitive or recreational).
Strong understanding of skill progression and age-appropriate gymnastics development.
Confident spotting, demonstrating skills, and class management.
Enjoys working with young children and inspiring them through movement.
A team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Passion for teaching, continuous learning, and helping others grow.
