What you'll be doing:
  • Design, build, and scale automated email journeys and the SMS channel to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Own and continuously optimize triggered email flows, with clear accountability for their commercial performance.
  • Grow email and SMS into meaningful revenue contributors, progressively increasing their share of total sales.
  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations independently, including campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
  • Analyze channel performance using data and insights to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and recommend next steps.
  • Propose and execute new CRM initiatives such as targeted newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, and market-specific programs that support country revenue goals.
What you need to succeed:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable decisions.
  • Proven experience owning a channel or KPI, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fast learner who adapts quickly in a dynamic environment.
