Your Role

You will leverage your software development expertise alongside cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate development cycles and drive innovation. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll use your talents in software development, application architecture, and problem-solving to create rapid prototypes and production-ready solutions. You'll harness AI-powered development tools to enhance code quality, automate routine tasks, and expedite delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.

Working closely with project teams and business stakeholders, you'll provide technical expertise that enables innovation through both traditional development practices and AI-augmented workflows. Your outstanding interpersonal skills will help you build or be part of a high-performing engineering team that consistently exceeds expectations by effectively combining human expertise with AI capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive Fullstack development with AI-augmented practices.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and AI-assisted analysis.
• Understand DevOps workflows and implement CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Design high-performance, scalable solutions using AI-powered approaches.
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI enhancement in applications.
• Leverage AI tool to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and development practices.

Your Profile

As our company transitions into an AI-focused firm, all developers are expected to demonstrate proficiency in AI-augmented development practices. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with the following qualifications and qualities:

• Deep technological expertise and a strong software development background.
• Experience in developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications
• Proficiency in working with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ...) for code generation and problem-solving.
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles for optimal AI tool interaction.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with AI tools while maintaining code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Critical thinking to validate and verify AI-generated code and solutions.
• Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Have experience conducting workshop
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.
• Independent thinker with a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organisational skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of common programming patterns and principles.
• Strong team player.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience (8 years minimum for senior). Preferred technologies include ReactJS for frontend development and NodeJS/Java for backend development.

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are preferred:

• Solution Architecture
• AI/ML Services and Frameworks
• Cloud Computing Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc...)
• Native Mobile Development (iOS, Android)
• Hybrid Mobile Development (Flutter, React Native)
