Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of financial accounting experience in preschool setting / Charity fund accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
• Experience in maintaining full sets of accounts and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, including Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Perform month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy in financial statements.
• Support annual budget exercises and midyear reviews.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits, managing schedules and liaising with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
