Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Prior hands-on experience in Accounting/Billing for media industry an advantage.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• On-board new suppliers and clients.
• Monitor jobs, analyze and close.
• Issue/check billing instructions to ensure 100% completion.
• Revenue recognition and reconcile WIP account.
• Resolve client billing queries.
• Work closely with teams on issue resolutions.
• Conduct regular WIP meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage Accounts Payable responsibilities.
