Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Controller or senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Audit experience with a Big 4 firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close and ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial matters.
• Lead and coordinate mergers & acquisitions projects.
