A leading finance company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the full accounting function, handle statutory compliance, and prepare financial statements. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accountancy or Finance, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in maintaining a full set of accounts.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/FRS).
• Experience liaising directly with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the company’s full finance and accounting function.
• Handle the full set of accounts from source documents to financial statements.
• Perform monthly and year-end closing and prepare management accounts.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings, including GST returns.
• Liaise independently with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
