Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee full sets of accounts and manage various financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, over 7 years of experience, and strong knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations. This role involves preparation of management reports, project costing supervision, and compliance management among other tasks. Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Oversee full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and monthly/year-end closing
  • Prepare management reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis
  • Monitor project costing, progress claims, variations, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with GST, CPF, IRAS, ACRA, BCA, and MOM requirements
  • Manage payroll, staff claims, and HR administrative matters
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external parties
  • Oversee office administration, procurement, and asset management
  • Supervise and guide finance and admin staff
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting and statutory regulations
  • Experience in project accounting and cost control
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently with strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
