The Job
- Lead and manage the M&E Operations Team, providing technical guidance and ensuring technicians meet performance KPIs.
- Oversee full building M&E operations including electrical, ACMV, fire protection, lifts & escalators, plumbing, generators and all critical systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage M&E maintenance contracts and compliance, including term contracts, repair/replacement works, licence renewals and adherence to design and operational requirements.
- Handle the full tender lifecycle – prepare ITQs, define scope of work, evaluate vendor proposals, award tenders and oversee rectification works to completion.
- Monitor and drive M&E project execution, including AEI/upgrading works, ensuring consultants and vendors meet specifications, timelines and safety requirements.
- Support budgeting and regulatory needs, including OPEX/CAPEX planning, Green Mark compliance, EHS operations and approval of Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) forms.
The Talent
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in M&E building maintenance, preferably within commercial or corporate environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, building operations and tenant management processes.
- Experience in contract management, tender preparation and stakeholder coordination, with strong vendor management capability.
- Strong communication, leadership, planning and interpersonal skills, able to lead teams and work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, with basic knowledge of AutoCAD considered an added advantage.
