The candidate will ensure all facilities and exhibits are operational, perform maintenance tasks, and lead a team of technicians. Qualifications

• Preferable with 1 year working experience in similar roles; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities under pressure.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Daily startup and shutdown of facilities and exhibits.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Monitor and maintain building systems for safety compliance.
• Coordinate external contractors for repairs and installations.
• Setup logistics for events and daily visits.
• Maintain inventory levels of supplies and tools.
• Respond to emergencies, including equipment failures and building damage.
• Lead and supervise a team of facilities technicians.
